Senior FP&A Business Partner - Global Operations & Integrated Supply Chain (d/f/m)
Come and join a fantastic team in the company headquarter working together with a dedicated global FP&A team and people across the globe to drive business impact, grow and learn.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading all financial management aspects in Operations and Supply Chain for LMS and acting as Financial Business Partner for the VP Global Operations and Supply Chain.
Own the financial KPI framework including monthly reviews, forecasts and budget process including the harmonisation and improvement of reporting accross all sites.
Drive material cost and conversion cost productivity accross all plants.
Drive working capital management with focus on inventory.
Ensure proper capital allocations across the manufacturing sites and drive the supply chain footprint strategy.
Ensure financial compliance across the sites including the standard costing process.
Manage and develop the operations Finance team 10-12 FTE.
YOUR PROFILE
University degree (Bachelor, Master in Finance or equivalent)
10+ years experience in FP&A or controlling within a manufacturing environment ideally within capital investment business.
Excellent analytical skills and business acumen to understand complex production and supply chain networks on global scale.
Track record in financial process improvements including design of budget and forecasting processes as well as reporting tools.
Strong people leadership skills with a focus on talent development in a global environment.
Proven executive communication skills and ability to create followership in a matrix organisation.
Fluent in German & English
