Description

  • Unterstützung des globalen technischen Services bei Applikations-, Software- und Lizenzierungsfragen
  • Globaler Support der BU Sales und Techniker bei Software Problemen (i.d.R.) Remote
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement in Bezug auf Featureanfragen zur Software und der Testabteilung für Software
  • Unterstützung der Softwareabteilung bei Entwicklung, Modifikation und Verifikation der LMS-Softwareprodukte
  • Vorselektion von Fehlermeldungen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Software-Entwicklern (z.B. beim Fixen von Bugs)
  • Mitarbeit im Third-level Support Team
  • Programmierung und Pflege von Software- Service Tools
  • Durchführung von Software- und Applikationsschulungen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Erstellung und Pflege von Service-Dokumenten und e-learnings

Qualification

  • Technische Ausbildung mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung oder Studium im Bereich Ingenieurswesen (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Informatik)
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Methoden zur Softwareentwicklung und Verifikation
  • Kenntnisse in einer Hochsprache (Programmiersprache, idealerweise C )
  • Anwenderkenntnisse automatischer Test-Tools
  • Projekt und Teamarbeit in interdisziplinären und internationalen Teams
  • Zuverlässiger Teamplayer mit guten Englischkenntnissen
