We are currently seeking for a Field Service Engineer (d/f/m) – Life Science, who will be responsible for the technical support of our customers in the field of Flow Cytometry for the region Frankfurt, Mainz and Wiesbaden.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Demonstrate your technical skills during maintenance, repairs, and system installations
Analyzing and resolving complex technical issues and executing test and routine runs
Contribute your IT knowledge to installation projects and internal projects
The required qualifications for the job include:
Degree from a technical school / university of applied sciences in the field of medical technology, mechatronics, precision engineering, electrical engineering, medical engineering or similar
Several years of practical experience in a comparable field service position with a customer service mentality
Familiar with IT topics, setting up and managing networks, servers, interfaces etc.
Fluently German language skills and good English skills are necessary
