The Logistics & distribution specialist for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible to deliver the best in class logistics performance to our customers.

This position is part of the Logistics & Distribution team located in Wijchen and will be on-site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Logistics & Distribution Team and report to the Site Manager Logistics & Distribution responsible for inbound, outbound, inventory & Compliance of Beckman Coulter products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform operational and administrative tasks that utilizes various systems, mainly Oracle, involved in receipt and preparation of materials for shipments.

• Collaborate with partners (internal Beckman Coulter as well as external parties) with regards to day to day business and prioritization;

• Support and drive improvements, using relevant continuous Improvement tools (DM, VM, VSM, 5S, PSP, etc.);

• Work with occasional guidance on all the activities in the team, Completes main tasks with a very limited degree of supervision after the onboarding period.

• Develop/improve personal competencies and team efficiency;

• Coordinate, communicate and monitor workflow in assigned distribution area.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in field with 2+ years of work experience or Master’s degree infield with 0-2 years of work experience

• Work experience in international warehousing, logistics or supply chain operations

• Export knowledge is a pre

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Fluent in English, any other European language is an advantage;

• Organizational sensitive: able to interface with internal stakeholders on operational l & tactical levels and the 3PL Distribution Center

• Proactive approach, taking initiative; taking ownership, strong communication skills, flexible in tasks & activities, can influence via others, Continuous improvement mindset, strong on problem solving skills.

Other:

• The job requires at least 3 days of on site work in Wijchen (Monday to Wednesday)
