The Opportunity

Esko, a Danaher company, is a leading provider of packaging software to clients around the world, enabling them to produce the best packaging for billions of consumers.

After initial training on our label & artwork management SaaS application, you’ll be part of a home-based international support team exclusively focused on, and fully integrated with a key global customer. In effect you’ll feel very much a part of two great organisations!

This broad, stimulating role encompasses remote 1st line end user support and system/user account administration, workflow changes, user training & demonstrations, and KPI reporting. You’ll impact our customer’s business success and ensure they gain value from their Esko SaaS investment.

We’re looking for…

UK-based, Bachelor’s degree, customer-focused, software support experience ( packaging / prepress / graphic arts exposure is useful but not critical), great communication and problem-solving skills, and intermediate Excel.

If you have technical aptitude, are quick to learn, able to work Mon to Fri 08.00 – 16.30, and would enjoy supporting a large, high-profile customer, this is the role for you!
