You should have experience talent scouting and pipelining within diverse talent pools, with particular expertise in Sales, Engineering, IT, Field Service, R&D and specialized domains. You should be proficient in the latest and greatest tools and technologies. You should be an advocate and ally for diversity and inclusion.
This role will have visibility to top leadership within Danaher, and will also require a high level of influence, gravitas, and confidentiality.
You will be tasked with the following:
Identifying top sources for diverse talent, including events, organizations, job boards, websites, industry networking associates, etc.
Researching new technologies and evaluating their effectiveness.
Breakthrough thinking to re-imagine talent mapping - creating an active, engaged list of talent ready to engage for active, open positions.
CRM and Applicant Tracking System Database Management mastery.
Partnering with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition professionals as a consultant.
Meet and Exceed metrics including Time to Fill and Time To Slate.
Bachelor's degree required
Fluency in English; proficiency in another language strongly preferred.
5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, Recruitment or Executive Search in a global, fast-paced Fortune 500 company, Consulting Firm, or Industrial / Manufacturing.
Outstanding written and oral communication skills across digital media including video, Microsoft Teams chat, email, and phone with leaders and individual contributors.
