Description
We are currently seeking aService Inside Sales representativeto join our team inWood Dale IL.

Primary Responsibilities * Manage a large portfolio of accounts to renew expiring service contracts and convert customers with expiring start-up package to become service contract customers * 50 calls a day * Serve as the first point of contact to customers with the objective of retaining business * Revenue Growth – increase NA service revenue through growth of Conversion rate and incremental unit adds (via warranty expiration, service calls, etc.) * Direct sales of service contracts, including pricing and proposals. * Service Contract selling (unit add) – Actively seek opportunities to sell service contract to customers. Collaborate with marketing to roll-out campaigns to drive contract sales. * Continuous Support – Provide Field Service support on unit add and conversion opportunities via reports and presentation creation * Cross Sell Opportunity Creation – identifying opportunities for new equipment and other products (VRS, VideojetConnect, supplies conversion, etc.) * CSE Sales Support – Provide training materials on best practices and talk tracks for unit add and conversion opportunities * Proposal generation for new (support for Field Service Managers and Outside Service Sales) and existing customers (re-value selling existing agreements to ensure business is retained)

Qualification
Qualifications


  • 3-5 years of service contract sales within large companies
  • Must have worked with Oracle/SalesForce
  • 2 years of college course work
  • Fast paced environment, must be flexible, manage several tasks at once, problem-solver, creative thinking in order to improve internal processes, audit savvy, excellent communicator and team player
  • Occasional OT as needed
  • File management
  • MS Office skills (intermediate level) Excel, Word and Access (a plus)
