Videojet Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented & dynamic individual to fill the position ofSystems Analystsupporting the Service organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast growing organization. The incumbent will be responsible for support of internal projects and implementing solutions for the Service organization to improve process efficiency, drive revenue and profit growth, and better enable the support and service of Videojet’s customers. This is achieved by supporting the Project Manager-led initiatives to support Service technology and tools enhancements, primarily leveraging Salesforce.com. Individuals in this role must have the ability to evaluate highly technical solutions and their feasibility within the Videojet IT infrastructure, good interpersonal and communication skills, and an ability to define and manage product deliverables while adhering to project timelines. The capacity to build expertise on these systems is a requirement. Key Responsibilities *System Development * •Translate business requirements into technical specifications while incorporating systematic constraints and balancing cost-reward relationship •Develop new features and enhance existing features to increase the functionality of the ServiceMax & Salesforce environments •Create and modify logic-based business rules, email alerts, and process flows to support continuous improvement and increased automation initiatives
Systems Support •Provide technical & software support for field service department mobile users for ServiceMax, Salesforce.com, and other field applications •Develop and implement reporting mechanisms for key business metrics and provide analytical support for key business users in order to identify and capture Service growth opportunities •Provide general Salesforce support for non-mobile service department users
Systems Administration •Develop and/or enhance Standard Work and Auditing activities revolving around data collections, data integrity, and data compliance •Assist in the set-up, on-boarding, and training of new service users and managers •Management of mobile-device imaging, deployments, and inventory/safety stock •Analysis and optimization of service systems-related operating expenses and expenditures
•Inclination and ability to listen to various stakeholders (e.g. Customers, Sales, etc.) and generate actionable insights •Successfully deliver results while quickly adapting to changing priorities and unforeseen challenges •Superior understanding of new technological capabilities in software and IT, and ability to apply solutions within Videojet IT infrastructure •Ability to effectively communicate highly technical ideas and solutions to non-technical audience
Education and/or Experience •Bachelor’s degree in technical, business, or engineering discipline •Highly computer literate and internet savvy (Excel, browser, search engine) •Previous ERP and/or CRM experience desired (Oracle, Salesforce) •Some programming and/or SQL-related coding experience desired •Strong deductive reasoning, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving skills
