*Brief Role Overview* * Customer acquisition in the US and in Canada (Outbound calls with prospects and customers for determination/ qualification of needs and new customer acquisition) * Lead generation and lead qualification in the US and Canada through focused Telemarketing campaigns * Nurture, terminate, and qualify potential clients * Data collection and management, documentation and classification in our CRM system and transfer to our Sales team * * Positioning FOBA’s coding and marking solutions as a strategic advantage to our customers’ long term goals. * Collaborating within the FOBA Sales Organization to ensure the highest probability to earn the customers’ business.
_Qualifications/ Requirements_ * Motivated and competitive sales professional. You are driven by winning situations and pushing yourself to positive results. * * Self-directed time management and organizational skills. * Ability to communicate effectively over the phone, as well as basic computer skills. * Are able to work independently, structured work with high profit orientation * Intermediate knowledge with MS Office & Salesforce * Experience in tele-sales and/or direct customer contact is preferred but not essential * Recent graduates and beginners are welcome to apply FOBA is an equal opportunity employer.
