This position reports to the Director, Service Training and is part of our Global Service Support team. This position is ONSITE five days per week at our location in Framingham MA.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Support/manage and the development of Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) service training on software, hardware, and the operation these devices for the field service team on existing and new product platforms.
Develop and support triage process around CE application (customer workflow support)
Provide feedback to the diagnostic modelers on troubleshooting CE applications and hardware.
Develop instructor-led and online training course material to transfer relevant knowledge to Field Service Engineers and aftermarket sales
Provide planning on the transfer of knowledge on application workflow and user operation of new and existing SCIEX and OEM products that SCIEX supports.
The essential requirements of the job include:
A Bachelor's Degree in Science with 2+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
"Relevant experience" is defined as developing and leading technical training (preferable CE topics).
Demonstrated experience managing complex tasks including project management.
Proven experience working with confidential and sensitive information.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
This position requires up to 20% travel. Travel will primarily be domestic but may occasionally be international.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
Continuous improvement strategies.

This job is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
