Prepare, coordinate and carry out personnel measures for the support area, taking into account legal, employment contract, collective bargaining and personnel requirements.
Support in the coordination of regularly occurring HR processes (e.g. salary review, performance bonus review, P4G & D4G process, ATZ process, engagement survey)
Close cooperation with the works council, SBV & other global HR functions, especially with Payroll, L&D for quality & timely implementation of the processes
Implementation of and compliance with processes relating to employee participation (e.g. applying for overtime, internal transfers, hearings, etc.)
Support with company agreements to be negotiated as well as with the implementation of personnel-related issues (e.g. in the context of health management, BEM etc.)
Supervising employees on all questions relating to the employment relationship
Show employees development opportunities, plan and track measures.
Evaluate positions in accordance with collective bargaining and internal company regulations. Define tariff groups. Propose remuneration measures and coordinate them with the supervisor.
In the event of performance and behaviour problems, hold discussions, document results, propose remedial measures, coordinate, and check results.
Conduct Exit interviews, hold discussions, determine causes, document results, agree on certificates
Inform the business about basic HR policy issues and processes, explain the background.
Monthly reporting of the relevant HR key figures as well as administration in the HR-relevant tools
If necessary, procure external staff/contractors from specified temporary employment agencies
Active participation in improving processes and bringing your ideas
Other job-related tasks as specified by the supervisor
University degree (e.g. in personnel management or related areas) or commercial training with 3-5 years of professional experience in HR
Experience in dealing with a German works council and with strong business partnerships.
Knowledge of labor law, collective bargaining law and the Works Constitution Act as well as basic knowledge of social security law
Ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
Excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail and experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
The ability to objectively coach employees and managers on sophisticated, difficult and emotional issues.
Knowledge of change management and hands-on experience helping individuals and teams cope with organizational change.
Experience in moderating training courses both on site and in a virtual environment
Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
