The Sales Representative (f/m/d) Industrial Water Solutions is responsible for sales and advising our industrial customers on the introduction of new system solutions in the field of water treatment/recycling, wastewater and water quality - from the measuring instrument in the laboratory to the process control concept.
Training will occur over the first 90 days of employment and will include trips to our customer sites as well as access to online and onsite trainings. The majority of training is on the job mentorship with more senior sales engineers and service team members to grow your knowledge and build your experience.
This position is part of the Sales Team Poland and will be located in the Katowice or Wroclaw area.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Perform regular customer visits and active support in the south of Poland
Assume responsibility, in the distribution area, for objectives, their implementation and follow-up as part of project transactions
Participate actively in trade fairs and seminars for customers
Track monthly progress and potential data using the CRM tools, drafting and implementing action plans
Apply and improve the distribution process in project transactions
The essential requirements of the job include:
University graduate in engineering or natural science (chemical and process engineering, environmental engineering, surveying or automation or related)
Analytical mindset, good technical and commercial competence and the ability to develop customer-oriented solutions
Very good communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to consult with a wide range of decision-makers (plant manager, laboratory manager, company management) on an equal footing
Flexibility and willingness to travel 80% of your time - your regular workday starts at home every day with occasional overnights (1-2 per week)
B cat. driving license
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- The field of wastewater treatment, water analysis, wastewater technology or process optimization in industrial facilities
