Danaher Corporation Reagent Sales Representive in Wuhan, China
The incumbent will also be responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:
Establishes goals to meet objectives about Reagents business.
Establishes reagents sales standards, procedures, performance levels and documentation requirements for a given territory
Provides guidance to sales staff to achieve goals in accordance with established policies about reagents business
Develop relationships with KOL and key accounts and general customers
Attend seminars, exhibitions and demonstrations by close work with marketing team within the territory in order to promote company’s reagents business
Work is reviewed and measured based on meeting objectives and schedules.
Ensures staff skills are developed and maintained on a continual basis to ensure cost/effective operations
Communicates with sales staff, issues to high level activity to sell reagents
Adheres to policies and procedures
