Danaher Corporation Sales engineer in Wuhan, China

Primary Responsibilities

Ø Develop and execute sales action plans and achieve annual and quarterly targets with accurate forecasting in assigned territory.

Ø Expand business by gaining market-share in the existing accounts and account penetration by establishing strong relationships with end-users and distributor management.

Ø Provide technical support (leveraging Technical Specialist where needed) in various Biotech manufacturing process technologies to deliver solutions that meet or exceed customers’ expectations.

Ø Position, present and demonstrate Pall’s equipment and consumable technologies within customer's process development and manufacturing groups in collaborations with technical specialist team.

Ø Identify drug specification opportunities and capacity expansion opportunities for further development by technical specialists and complete the sale.

Ø Participate with various functional groups to assemble and direct an effective team strategy so that customers’ needs are addressed in a timely manner and sales opportunities are won.

Ø Report and communicate all business opportunities, solution concepts and strategies to Pall management through the use of CRM.

Ø Ensure knowledge of and compliance with Quality, Regulatory, integrity and company policies


Ø Bachelor Degree, and Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical major preferred;

Ø Three years sales experience in pharma or biotech industry with proven record;

Ø A truly team player who can also work independently in a self-motivated way;

Ø Good self-organizational skills and seeks for collaborative communication with the internal multidisciplinary team;

Ø General comprehension of English language.

Ø Fluent in English reading and writing.
