We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Manager to join our Sales department. This key position is responsible for strategically leading our North American inside sales team.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will lead our dynamic Inside Sales team who are responsible for assessing and handling inbound lead calls, making outbound sales and customer retention calls, and gathering critical sales opportunity information. This role is accountable for achieving and exceeding department level business objectives which includes developing & deploying strategies; hiring, training, managing, and developing Inside Sales staff. You will also monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.

Responsibilities include: * Manage the Inside Sales team operations, strategic focus, training and execution to achieve sales to quota * Oversee planning and communication to drive effective partnering between Inside Sales and Field Sales * Work closely to align goals and objectives with Marketing and Training & Education departments * Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process * Performance manage inside sales team includes setting individualized quotas and conducting performance reviews * Ensures that Inside Sales team records timely and accurate account/contact details within CRM database. * Talent Development activities include developing training plans with employees to ensure they have the necessary expertise to successfully perform their jobs, provide ongoing guidance to employees, and career counseling to help employees develop and advance in their careers. * Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training and methodologies to ensure sales program's success across teams and throughout Nobel Biocare * Ensure follow-ups for all leads generated * Build a customer-focused team and create customer loyalty by understanding customer motivation, expectations, and needs. * Deliver on customer commitments, help to remove barriers to customer service, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. * Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of sales reporting and data analytics * Develop and implement action plans to increase the customer base, maximize sales revenue and increase market share by demonstrating our commitment to surpassing our customers’ expectations * Periodically review and adjust compensation plans to maintain competitiveness and align with overall strategy

Qualification
REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field. MBA preferred. * 3 years of successful sales leadership experience managing an inside sales team * 5 years of sales experience-medical device/ dental preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: * Excellent communication and experience presenting impactfully in front of groups * Passion for developing and coaching sales representatives * Organizational skills for managing strategic goals, planning, and budgeting * Capability to manage the distinct differences in the inside sales role and external field sales role * Ability to problem solve, multi-task and work under pressure in fast paced environment * Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Salesforce * Fluent in spoken and written English, any other language is an asset
