Critical Success Factors for the Ideal Candidate Profile are:
Develop a thorough understanding of all software products & services, and ensure customers are aware of all the solutions that meet their business requirements.
Conduct customer facing software demos, presentations & workshops to maximize our opportunity success rate.
Assess digital maturity of global account groups or sites to discover new opportunities.
Develop strong consultative relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives, developing their customer success plan, and driving the plan execution.
Take the lead in software pre-sales activities and help Global Account Managers close strategic software projects.
Plan regular touchpoints with customer to help the customer become more efficient with Esko products, increase the customer expertise, and prove the return on investment.
Communicate and interact effectively with customers, as well as internally with product management, quality control, deployment, support and other departments within Esko
Coordinate account updates with Support, Account Executives, and Leadership staff.

Remote role is possible but willing to travel up to 30-40%
