The Regional Sales Manager for the North UK for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing a dynamic team to reach sales targets, carve new business frontiers in the North of the UK, and transform the landscape of laboratory diagnostics.

This position is part of the Sales & Marketing Team North of the UK and will be fully remote either at your home office or customer sites. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Foster a high performance culture of learning to enable continuous improvement, propelling your team towards unceasing growth, skill enhancement, developing talent, engagement, and D&I initiatives.

  • Champion a performance-centric ethos, leveraging the Danaher Business System (DBS) to elevate operational excellence and benchmark success.

  • Adapt our core company values to synchronize team efforts with overarching corporate aspirations for robust expansion.

  • Build and execute a visionary business strategy, aiming to succeed in winning new customers and retaining current customers, thereby outpacing market evolution in the UKI while safeguarding revenue margins.

  • Have a good understanding of the diagnostics market in the UK we play in and adapting roles and strategies to enhance our market share.

  • Coordinate a synergistic team approach to master the tender process, ensuring precision and unity.

  • Establish and nurture influential connections with key opinion leaders.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Sales Excellence and Leadership: Demonstrated track record of achieving outstanding sales results, combined with strong leadership qualities, including team management, motivation, and strategic thinking.

  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Possesses strong analytical capabilities and a business-oriented mindset to identify and address complex challenges with effective solutions.

  • Sales Success in Core Laboratory Solutions: A proven record of success in selling core laboratory solutions, showcasing an understanding of relevant products and services.

  • Complex Tender Bid Experience: Prior experience in managing complex, multi-platform, and multi-site tender bids, which is vital for success in this role.

  • Proficiency in Business Management Systems: A strong command of business management tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC), for effective data analysis, reporting, and communication.
