Sr. Software Developer

The Sr. Software Developer is a unique opportunity to

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design. Develops software applications, user interfaces, databases and embedded software.

Your responsibilities as a Sr. Software Developer with Videojet Technologies include:

  • Establish a performance baseline for production systems and track deviation over time.

  • Assist in the development of cloud solutions for next-generation industrial ink-jet printing Software as a Service solution.

  • Improve the quality and reliability of our products through teamwork to investigate and resolve any issues, but also identify opportunities in a proactive manner.

  • Review, analyze, and recommend system considerations for enterprise solutions.

  • Develop software that is well tested, documented code, using current best practices.

  • Establish collaborative relationships with developers.

  • Your Education and/or Background Experience will include:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably of a technical discipline

  • Experience writing SQL reporting queries.

  • Experience building complex calculations in Excel spreadsheets.

  • Experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services).

  • Good working knowledge of AWS Lambda.

  • Good working knowledge of AWS NoSQL (DynamoDB).

  • Good working knowledge of React.
